Select from the severity menu to restrict filtered tasks to only those having the specified severities.

The severity of a task indicates the impact of the issue on the system. Do not confuse severity with priority. Severity is objective, priority is subjective.

For example, a crash in a seldom-used system would be of high severity.

On the other hand, a misspelling in the documentation of a highly-visible product would be of very low severity.
