You can cause your filter to accept only items containing specified words in the main text body of the item's record.

Click match all words to cause the filter to accept only items whose main body contains all words you enter, in any order.

Click match any word to cause the filter to accept only itemss whose main body contains at least one of the words you enter.

Click match case to restrict the filter to case-sensitive matches. Otherwise, click ignore case.
