A detailed description of the task. There is no limit on the size of the description, so be as verbose as necessary.

Try to resist the temptation to attach a file and put "see attached file" in the description. Not only does this make it harder for technicians to fulfill your task request, it also renders the description inaccessible to the search feature. It is a much better idea to paste the contents of your document directly into the description field.

When editing a task, please don't change the description unless it's absolutely necessary. The reason for this is that the change will be captured in the followups, and you don't want that sort of thing cluttering up the followups.

The task description must be at least 20 characters. This restriction is designed to prevent users from creating tasks with useless descriptions such as "see attached".
