Resist the temptation to attach a file and put "see attached file" in the body. This makes the faq less accessible.

When editing a faq, please don't change the body unless it's absolutely necessary. The reason for this is that the change will be captured in the followups, and you don't want that sort of thing cluttering up the followups.

The faq body must be at least 20 characters. This restriction is designed to prevent users from creating faqs with useless bodies such as "see attached".
